In the energy sector, we have professionals who could assist clients in the electricity and hydrocarbons subsectors (mainly midstream and downstream), both in the configuration of business plans and in the structuring of various legal schemes for the construction, operation, and financing of electricity generation plants (solar and wind farms, thermoelectric, hydroelectric, combined cycle plants), as well as the operation and financing of transmission infrastructure (substations, grids), including obtaining the necessary permits to its operation (CRE –Energy Regulatory Commission–, CENACE –National Centre for Energy Control–), with a view to participating in public bids or tenders.

In hydrocarbons, we have the experience to support the structuring of transportation, trading, storage, regasification, liquefaction and expenditure of oil and natural gas projects, including regulatory support before the CRE and, in the environmental aspect, before the ASEA –National Agency for Safety, Energy and Environment–.
